After discovering our passion for making new friends, classy food and trashy establishments and old jazz music, we began daydreaming about opening a café. We imagined about setting up a place that would offer so much solace and comfort to make people come back and feel at home.

‘Brio’- true to its name is the perfect place for people who love to hangout, make merry, propose their beloved, or on the lookout for a relaxing ambience to work. We strive to make the most delicious food possible in an environment that is warm, fun, and welcoming to all!

Our Team

When we opened Cafe Brio in 2021, our dream was to create an unexampled coffee house for the locals. Our recipes have been crafted with subtle and exceptional care by kings of the kitchen. You will meet a friendly team hailing from different nationalities, creating an amalgamation of unique ideas.  Our staunch belief in providing exceptional quality products with friendly service in a clean and welcoming setting has helped us earn the reputation among the locals as one of the best hidden gems in South Brighton, SA.

We have been seasoning for nearly 12 years in the Italian Mediterranean cuisine and we believe our new baby "Cafe Brio" would offer everything at its prime. That's why we never fail to bring the best and most responsibly sourced ingredients to the table.
